A company called Glary made a little utility pack called Glary Utilities. I downloaded the Pro version today (great site here) and installed it. It contains all kinds of things for monitoring processes, RAM, and services. A 1-Click Maintenance center allows the computer to be cleaned of invalid Registry entries and old temporary files in two clicks. The Modules section houses all kinds of file system managers, quick fixes for common problems, and encryption/decryption. All running applications show a "trustworthiness" rating based on the reports of the Glary developers and various community members. This is a very useful program.
